The vote in plenary likely takes place in June. The Trilogue would officially start in June but fall mainly under the Spanish Presidency.

We made significant progress but there was not enough time to solve all open points. Politically, Art 5 is very disputed and for groups difficult to find a middle ground. On technical level, the Recitals will require more time as well as the additional articles, while there was a breakthrough on GPAI and AI value chain.
